Our Services
Our main activity is exhibition logistics. Compared with typical courier and forwarding companies, the difference is that you receive the shipment from us exactly on your exhibition booth in time we agreed. That is why our tariffs could be a little bit higher. But please keep in mind, that courier companies usually cannot deliver the shipment to the fairground. This means you will have to pay extra for exhibition services. With us you will not have such a problem.
  • Customs Clearance
    • Standard procedure of temporary importation with proforma-invoice / packing list;
    • This is what we do on every exhibition;
    • Customs clearance of CARNET ATA;
    • The easiest way for temporary importation of standbuilding materials, vehicles or exhibits with a big value;
    • The main point of Carnet ATA is fixed price of handling without any duties and taxes;
    • Permanent Importation of Your Consumer Goods.
  • Information Guidance
    • We will advice you the best time of track arrival to the fairground for making all procedures smoothly. 
    • We will recommend you how to fill the proforma-invoice form and translate it in Russian by ourselves.
  • Loading/ unloading Services
    • If you used the courier company for delivery to the gates of exhibition center, we could organize the entry pass to unloading area and all services you need on fairground
    • We can also pick up your shipment at the courier’s company warehouse and deliver it to the booth by ourselves.
Prices for services
To enter the loading and unloading area you will need a vehicle pass - you can purchase it from our managers near the check-in desks
  • Pass for a passenger car
    7,000 rubles
  • Truck Pass
    12,000 rubles
  • Loading and unloading operations
    7,000 rubles (per 100 kg, not less than 300 kg)
  • Storage of empty boxes
    8,000 rubles (per cubic meter)
  • Pass for self-unloading for a third-party forwarder
    200,000 RUB* (for 2 hours in the loading/unloading area)
